E3 Adventures

From the years 2002 to 2005 I went to the Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles, California during the month of May. The first 2 years I went with just my friend Chris. The 3rd year Bryan and Katie joined in on the entertainment. The 4th year was a huge communication mess and I eventually ended up going with Chris, Conner, and some random guy who's name I don't remember.

E3 is one of those things that most gamers dream of going to but never really get the chance. And having gone all I can say is, I'm not actually sure what the huge deal is. Yes, they show a bazillion of the newest games coming out but in all reality, it's stuff you are going to see in a few months anyways. The swag they hang out there is sometimes really cool but without a media badge, most of the time you just get the shaft.

Personally I always went because it was fun to hang around that many nerds. Most of my entertainment came from walking around talking to people or watching people play all the rediculous things involved in Kentia Hall. It was also always nice to run into some of my friends that lived out there (Dovac, Miki, etc) considering some of them I didn't really get to see all that often. It was especially cool the last year getting to walk around with Miki since I hadn't seen her in what seemed like forever and it was also the first time I'd seen her since she cut off like 5 feet of hair.

I don't really have a breakdown of what happened each year since it was such a long time ago that it's really hard for me to remember. I've got billions of small stories I could tell but I'm gonna save them for either some other time or some other part of the website. But in any case, I present to you some of the pictures I took while I was there.
